Every Super Silent Discos hire includes a complete 3-channel silent disco system, fully prepared and ready to go. We provide everything required to run three separate music channels — including one fully loaded music player — and you simply connect up to two of your own devices if you’d like all three channels active.

Running your silent disco is simple. Each of the three transmitters plays a separate music channel. Guests switch between channels using a button on their headset — that’s it.

We provide one MP3 player pre-loaded with party playlists, ready to go.
To use all three channels, you can connect up to two additional music sources — most customers simply use their own phones, tablets or laptops.

Each channel just needs its own music source.
Additional pre-loaded MP3 players are available for £10 each if you’d prefer not to use your own devices.
Setting up your silent disco is straightforward and requires no technical experience. Everything arrives labelled and organised, and our instructions guide you step-by-step.

Delivery
We deliver your silent disco system well in advance of your event, giving you plenty of time to set up and feel confident before the big day. Delivery can be to any UK address.
When Will It Arrive?
Our standard service is via Parcelforce. Your system is delivered 3 working days before your event and collected on the next working day after.
Example:
Saturday event
Delivered previous Wednesday
Collected following Monday
This gives you time to check everything, test it, and set up without rushing.
Parcelforce will send you a tracking link on the day of delivery so you can view your delivery window. Someone will need to be available to receive the parcel. Many customers choose to use a workplace or a friend or family member’s address to make this easier.
For collection, someone will need to be available at the address during the day, as timed slots are not available.
Returning via Post Office (Optional)
If preferred, you can return the equipment via a Post Office instead of waiting for collection.
We’ll email you a returns label during your hire. Simply re-pack the equipment in the flight cases provided, attach the label, and drop it off.

Your silent disco will be incredible on its own — but if you’d like to transform your space into a full party atmosphere, we also offer a range of plug-and-play lighting and special effects.
All lights are simple to use and run automatically — just switch them on and let them do their thing.
From multi-effect disco lights and UV lighting to smoke machines, confetti cannons and low fog effects, we have options to suit everything from small living rooms to large halls and marquees.
To confirm your silent disco hire, simply complete our online booking form. Once submitted, we’ll generate your invoice and secure your dates.
Refundable Loss & Damage Deposit
A fully refundable £60 loss and damage deposit is required with each booking.
This deposit is refunded within 14 days of the equipment being returned in the same condition it was sent out in.
We understand accidents can happen — we simply ask that the equipment is looked after and returned safely in its flight cases.
If you receive a like-for-like quotation from another UK provider, let us know — we’ll beat it and include a disco light free of charge.
