If you’ve never hired a silent disco before, it’s completely normal to have questions about how it all works. From choosing the right number of headsets to delivery, setup and collection, the process is designed to be straightforward and low-stress.
The first step is deciding how many people you’re planning for. Most events hire enough headsets for everyone attending, plus a small buffer if numbers are likely to change.
If you’re unsure, it’s easy to start with the minimum and adjust quantities later, and we’re always happy to advise on what tends to work best for different types of events.

Once you know your event date and approximate numbers, you can place a booking through our website. The booking process is designed to be quick and straightforward, and you don’t need to finalise every detail at this stage.
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and clear information about what happens next.
We deliver your silent disco equipment around three days before your event, so you have time to receive it and make sure everything is as expected.
It’s important that someone is available to sign for the delivery on the planned delivery day.

Silent disco systems are designed to be simple to set up, even if you’ve never used one before. Clear instructions are included with every hire, and most setups take only 10 to 20 minutes.
If you do have any questions, help is available by phone or WhatsApp, so you’re not left guessing on the day.
After your event, the equipment is packed back into the supplied cases and returned as arranged. In most cases, our courier will collect the system from you, or it can be dropped off at a local Post Office if that’s more convenient. Clear return instructions are included with every hire.
Hiring a silent disco doesn’t need to be complicated. Once you understand the basics, the process is designed to fit around your event rather than add extra work.
When you’re ready, you can move on to booking, or take a look at our equipment options if you’d like more detail first.
