We are often asked about our refund policy; we don’t want you to be out of pocket if you have to cancel your event so we always try to offer you the opportunity to postpone your event in the first instance.

• Full refund or postponement opportunity if you have to cancel due to Covid-19 law changes if we haven't already dispatched your system.

• Full refund if you cancel 14 days prior to dispatch.

• 50% refund if you cancel 13 days prior to dispatch.
